What information do we collect?
Newsletter or ARC sign-up
If you voluntarily sign up for my newsletter or ARC team, your email address will be collected. You can refuse to supply personal information, but that will exclude you from certain related activities such as receiving newsletters, ARCs and other content.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. You may ask for all your data to be deleted at any time.
Non-Personal Information
I may collect non-personal information in google forms such as your social media handles and public Amazon review profile.

Under the UK GDPR the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting alexisgraceauthor@icloud.com
How is this information used?
Newsletter subscribers and ARC team sign-up email addresses and details will only be used for receiving the newsletter or emails related to the ARC team.
Sharing of personal information
Subscriber and ARC team member’s information is never shared with a third party.
Security of information
All information is stored by Alexis Grace in icloud/Google Drive and only I can access it. Should a data breach ever occur, subscribers will be notified as soon as practicable.
Age restrictions
All subscribers and ARC team members must be 18 or older or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this privacy policy
I may update this Privacy Policy at any time. A notice about such changes will be emailed to subscribers. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
